Jonathan Bennett is the Operations Manager for DMG, working on special projects to support the businesses of the Conner & Stewart families.  Jonathan is an experienced HR and Operations manager who has worked for large corporations out of Dallas and Minnesota before joining C&S Management in 2023.  Jonathan along with his wife also operated a successful ecommerce business for several years. With a proven track record of success, Jonathan has worked with several local entities to help foster success and operational goals to include the ASU Adult Education Center, Chamber of Commerce, and ASU Newport advisory council. 

Jonathan attended Arkansas State University before joining the United States Air Force and served for eight years while working logistics in the Oil and Gas side of the military. He served both in Afghanistan and Iraq earning numerous medals and awards before returning back to Arkansas.  Jonathan completed his MBA in Human Resource Management at AIU.  Jonathan’s goal is to use his expertise to further the success of DMG while focusing on business and personal growth.  In his spare time he enjoys, hunting, golf, and traveling with his family.
