Josh Hager is an Operations Manager with DMG in Jonesboro, AR, where he provides invaluable support within the business through the successful execution of special projects. As a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of experience in operations, Josh is known for driving operations excellence, team development, and financial performance. Before joining DMG, he worked within the manufacturing sector for Nice-Pak and ABB in the following roles Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Project Manager. 

Josh currently resides in Jonesboro with his wife and five children. He has a passion for building teams and removing roadblocks to allow objectives to be exceeded. Through his leadership, he has mentored numerous individuals into management roles, which he considers his greatest accomplishment. Josh has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Arkansas State University and a Master’s Degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.
